Drop us a note — questions, feedback, or a quick hello. We read every message and usually reply within a day or two. Saying which app you mean in the first line gets you a faster answer, and for a bug it helps to know the device and the iOS version.
Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — subscriptions are managed in your Apple account settings and refunds go through Apple directly. We can help with everything else.
One practical note: the App Store does not let a developer reply privately to a review, so a problem reported only in a review is one we usually cannot follow up on. Email is the route that reaches us.
